The letters sent by Mark Williams and Connor Whelan came to mind as I sat through four changes of red to green light at the Trunk Road end of Cowichan Way before I could move today, and not because of road works or an accident, just poorly spaced lights and too little space for cars to line up.
A place to spend our ever increasing city taxes on a roundabout maybe?
