To the person who thinks it's a good idea to continually flick your lit cigarette butts into the gutter outside our home on Herons Way, North Cowichan. It's not.
In fact, it's a really bad idea in our current hot, dry weather. Our lawn is like straw and if you miss the gutter, it will end very badly. What are you thinking?
